Illustration Work

When I was a kid, my siblings would crowd around me, eager to see what I was drawing. They’d sit so close—practically on top of me—I could barely see the paper! But they were mesmerized, watching as characters took shape right before their eyes.

Last year, my nieces asked for a story, and it turned into a full book—26 illustrations, all drawn in Adobe Fresco. It’s a playful tale about cultural norms, bullying, and how a strong, kind community can make a difference—even when the bully doesn’t change.

I hope you feel the heart in these pages as much as I felt it creating them. These pieces are a love letter to imagination, to the kids who inspired them, and to the little artist I’ve always been. I hope you enjoy them as much as I loved creating them.
