Artist and illustrator, Sarah Adams is on a mission to celebrates women’s resilience and happiness with every brushstroke.

"Art In The Open Air" draws inspiration from the French phrase "en plein air," which refers to outdoor painting from nature. This name serves a dual purpose; it not only highlights the aesthetic of art captured in natural settings but also symbolizes the importance of bringing to light aspects of women's health and cultural norming that traditionally is concealed. This, paired with the importance of nature as a grounding and healing force Sarah paints to bring these topics into the open.

By fostering a connection between art and health, Sarah’s mission is to create a more open and welcoming environment for women's well-being to be the focus - facilitating dialogue in a safe way - through artistic expression and art gatherings.
