An Invitation to Reflect, Heal, and Celebrate

Sarah Adams is an artist and illustrator, currently exploring art as therapy and as a platform to showcase women’s incredible resilience in the face of challenges.

"Art In The Open Air" draws inspiration from the French phrase "en plein air," which refers to outdoor painting directly from nature. This name serves a dual purpose; it not only highlights the aesthetic of art captured in natural settings but also symbolizes the importance of bringing to light aspects of women's health that have traditionally been concealed. By fostering a connection between art and health, we aim to create a more open and supportive environment for women's well-being, facilitating dialogue and understanding through artistic expression.
